From Awakening to Empowerment
It’s MY life and I’m taking a Stand!
We as women were raised in an environment which taught us to be care-givers, subserveant to our mates, to not upset the status quo, to be seen and not heard, we were expected to be doormats to others, shunned by corporate America and organized religion, treated as second class citizens. No longer shall we stand for or accept this form of treatment, it is our Natural BIRTHRIGHT, as we are all ONE with Source, with our Creator, to becoming Empowered.
This is Not a program about women’s lib or for equal rights….. it is a program designed for women (men are also welcome) to teach women to heal the wounds, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wounds caused by abuse. If you are or have been a victim of Domestic Violence, Rape or Assualt, Sexual Molestation either as a child or as an adult, or maybe the abuse you suffer from is not as severe as the above mentioned, however, if you've been told you’re stupid, you can’t make it without me, you need me, if words by a loved one has shattered your self-esteem, if you have feelings of hopelessness, mental and emotional abuse are still Abuse!
If you feel you are or have been isolated by the one you love, these are symptoms of abuse. Then this Women’s Spirituality Program was designed for You!
Have you ever felt like this before, like you are less than a person? That you are or have been taken advantage of? Are you expected to behavior in certain ways? Are you made to feel inferior to your mate? Have you ever been told that you need someone else to survive or that you can’t make it on your own? Ever been called Stupid?

Almost every woman I know or have spoken too, have, at sometime in their lives have shared these thoughts, feelings, etc….
And if you have never suffered abuse in your life, you are of a rare breed, however, you will still receive many benefits dancing your own dance towards Empowerment!
While this program is geared towards women who have suffered from variations of abuse, it is designed for All women (and for men who feel drawn to become re-united with the Divine Feminine) who choose the dance of Empowerment.
Take a Stand
This program in Women’s Spirituality is designed to take you from wherever you currently are in your life now, to help guide you, direct you, lead you and educate you to a better way of living.
As you begin to Dance the Dance of Life, you’ll learn how to free yourself from the feelings, emotions and acts which have held you bondage, you will begin the awakening process and move into a more spiritual way of being. You’ll learn how to communicate with the Goddess within, with the Angels, and explore the Mary Magdalene within. You’ll work with her to discover true Divine within.
Once you have completed the lessons of the Divine Feminine, you’ll dance your way into the Sacred relationship. You’ll learn to live within Duality, where Feminine and Masculine energies live in Truth and Peace with one another.

Setting the Stage towards Empowerment
Course 1
As the first course of three, in the Women’s Spirituality Program, it is designed to re-shape & re-design your life from the inside out. After re-shaping and re-designing, you’re moved into a state of reflection & resting which moves you to a Higher place of developing your spiritual growth. Moving on now….as you begin the journey of the “Dance of the Spirit” you will walk along the path of:
Awakening, the first step, the initial step in our spirituality.
Dis-Covery – the next stop is the experience, looking for what makes us uniquely US..
Creating – recognizing we are part of the universal rhythm, finding your music within
Dwelling – the center point of spirituality, weaving the fabric of our Souls.
Nourishment – your spiritual growth needs to be nourished or we develop dry skin of the Soul. Feed yourself.
Traditioning – Passing on our spiritual lessons to our young – building a healthier, more loving, and spiritual future.
Transforming - Find yourself, renew yourself, we are the messengers of love and light. Learning the skills of listening, questioning, mourning and bonding.
This course is a prerequisite as it is the building block of the entire women’s spirituality program. As we dance together in Spirit we will explore many areas of our lives. Some of the areas we will cover include:
